Qualifications:

2.At least 3 years of experience in cosmetics OEM/ODM international business, with familiarity of the cosmetics industry market and client base.
3.Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills; able to work independently.
4.Excellent teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
5.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of handling English emails and negotiations.
6.High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and strong ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Oversee all operations of the Production Department, ensuring the smooth execution of production plans and completion of production tasks.
2.Develop and implement production processes and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements.
3.Supervise sanitation and environmental conditions in the production area to meet regulatory and client standards.
4.Participate in supplier evaluation and selection to ensure the quality of raw materials meets requirements.
5.Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields.

3.Familiar with cosmetics industry regulations and standards; experience with ISO certification systems is an advantage.
4.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
5.Experience in production process development and capable of resolving technical issues in production.
6.Proficient in office software and related production management systems.
7.Experience in cosmetics OEM/ODM production management is preferred; knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the appearance inspection, functional testing, and documentation verification of packaging materials.
2.Report and track the handling of non-conformity cases.
3.Physically stamp packaging materials.
4.Responsible for the review and management of approved packaging material samples/finished product samples.
5.Conduct appearance inspection and functional testing of finished products.
6.Provide feedback and follow up on the handling of finished product non-conformities.
7.Affix release labels to finished product batches.
8.Supervise whether packaging materials/finished products are stored as required and monitor the cleanliness of relevant storage areas.
9.Coordinate and support customer inspections of finished products.
10.Prepare and submit monthly reports as required by customers.
11.Follow up on tasks in the IFS system (or relevant enterprise system).
12.Print and organize quality inspection sheets for packaging materials.
